1. If you visit our homepage you will find extensive information about the properties, in the availibility calendar you see whether your special time is free or not, and it is possible to book immediately.

2. IberoHome makes every effort to ensure the information and the fotos provided are up to date and accurate. Mostly the informations and the fotos are from the owners of the properties so IberoHome cannot be held liable for any errors. Some of the owners manage their availibility calendar themselves. Therefore IberoHome cannot held liable in case of the period you want to book is already booked out. There is no legal claim to the online reservation. We recommend before booking your flight wait for confirmation of the owner or IberoHome.

3. Each reservation will pass on from IberoHome as an agent to the owner of the property. The rental contract will be signed between the interested party and the owner. Significant to the rental contract are the contract regulations of the owner. That applies to IberoHome act as an agent for the owner.

4. Payment To secure the booking there is to pay a deposit of 30% of the total rental within a week after receipt of your rental contract. The balance is normally paid around 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Often a breakage deposit is required with the balance and this is refundable at the end of the holiday less the cost of any breakages and metered charges for gas/electricity/ telephone if they are not included in the rental rate.

5. Cancellation terms If you need to cancel your booking the following conditions apply: Up to 61 days prior to booking start date: 30% of the total rent From 60 to 31 days prior to booking start date: 50% of the total rent From 30 to 5 days prior to booking start date: 70 % of the total rent up to 4 days prior to booking start date: 90% of the total rent If there are other conditions you will see them in the rental contract of the owner.

6. Complaints So if you have any claims please get in touch with the owner of the property Immediately.
